    About

I bought the Spud and Chloe wool and cotton mix for a different project, and then decided it was too chunky. So I found another pattern for the wool which is gorgeously soft. It may still be summer but this has kept me happy as I basked in U.K. Olympic glory! A super fast knitting wool and pattern. I made one or two changes since I didn't understand how knitting 2 rows could make stocking stitch, and I was unsure how to change it but keep the garter stitch beginning. In the end I knitted, purled, knitted and then added a crochet edge at the end, to mimic the collar edge. Seemed to work!

6 stitches and 8 rows over 10cm on size 15mm needles, stocking stitch. I wish, in retrospect, I had used slightly smaller needles.
