    I came across this pattern while browsing the "Free Patterns" section and found the idea brilliant: Gandalf's mitts from the movie "The Hobbit"... My 16 year old son decided instantly, that he absolutely had to have them - WIZARD WARMERS are so much cooler than ordinary mittens, of course -, and when my daughter saw them, she wanted a pair as well. For her warmers I used up the leftover yarn from the Baa-ble hat.
