I’m not really the shoe type. I’m more inclined towards soft slippers. Make that soft slippers, worn at home, while sipping tea, in the company of a sleeping kitten. That sounds much better than any fancy shoe!

The ribbing follows the shape of your foot beautifully, and the strap makes sure the slippers stay perfectly in place (just in case you start dancing). They’re made with two yarns (a soft, DK weight yarn for the upper, and a sturdy, worsted weight yarn held along with the upper for a lovely reinforced sole). You’ll need less than 200 yards of each, so you’ve likely got something perfect in your stash.
