Would be quite nice right? Now you can pretend this actually did happen to you, or reenact the scene after you made this gorgeous hat for yourself.
This pattern is inspired on the hat that Rory wears in the serie Gilmore Girls, season 3, episode 10 "that'll do pig".
I've studied it throughout and this design has exaclty the same number of big and small cables, the cables twist exactly the same number of times as the original, and even the decreasing part is quite accurate. The original hat has a small cable that twists quick and a larger cable that twists slower, the ratio in the pattern is exactly the same. I even managed to count the stitches of the original hat.
