Smidgen, Snippet, Sliver
Each is made in a different way, each uses only a tiny bit of yarn (the ones shown are 100 yards or less for a pair), each is fairly mindless knitting, and each takes only a few hours to complete. I love them all!
Smidgen (red) are the laciest and most classic of the three. They’re marvelously ladylike and will look wonderful peeking out from under your sleeves.
Snippet (blue) are the simplest (and perhaps the most fun) of the three. They are ruffly and exuberant and so so cute. They’re sure to get lots of compliments.
Sliver (yellow) are the most unusual and the funkiest of the three. They are made in a unique way and are great fun to put together. You’ll love finding just the right button to finish them off.
The samples were knit in Sock Plus 8 by Handwerks Textiles, Artisan Sock by Hazel Knits and Zoe by Shalimar Yarns. A subsititute yarn is shown below.
