Southern Fiords is the southern hemisphere counterpart to the more northerly [Fjordland Hat] (from Pom Pom Quarterly Issue 7).

These socks are worked from the cuff down, beginning with a stranded two-color rib. The contrasting heel is worked as a slip stitch heel flap, but other heel methods could easily be used instead, and the contrasting toe is worked in staggered decreases for a rounded shape.
The finished circumference for each size is: 7" (8", 9")
