Hi, I’m Aimee Croke, a self-confessed yarnaholic from Waterford City Ireland. Peeko Crafts started out as a mini business venture for me. I opened up an Etsy shop in 2014 where I sold tatted lace jewellery, crochet amigurumi toys and their patterns and a few bits and pieces of knitwear. Over the space of two years, I found myself returning more and more to my first crafty love, knitting. But I also found myself wanting to knit more things for myself and my family. I wanted to explore all the wonderful indie designers, yarn dyers and spinners that were out there. As my own personal circumstances changed, and my knitting became a tad bit obsessive, I decided to wind down the business side of my crafting, and turned my focus to my knitting and this blog is where you can read about my ventures down various crafty rabbit holes, but mainly the knitting one.
