My mother taught me to knit at a young age and I have been knitting on and off ever since. I used to knit for my self, jumpers and cardigans, then for my husband when we first got married, such things as Aran jumpers, hoodies and socks. Then when we started a family I continued knitting for them. as they got older I stopped knitting and recently have returned to it, knitting for my grandchildren.
