My username is Mrs Rose - she was my grandmother. Unfortunately I never had the privilege of meeting her because she passed away before I was born. By all accounts, she was an amazing woman.
I came back to knitting when my girls were teenagers and in so doing discovered lace knitting - what fun! It is so easy and so rewarding. In January 2011 I decided to make a few patterns to publish, and to name them after local Australian wildlife or places.
One of my girls knits and one loves me to be knitted for.
