Knitting gives me a sense of calm within my hectic urban lifestyle, and I love the sense of reward when finishing an item.
My favourite thing is the feeling of gifting someone an item I have made for them.
Many people underestimate the health and wellbeing benefits of knitting. It's an amazing way to switch off, and something you can throw all your positive energy into!
