I usually use Aran and knit hats, cowls and scarves for the family but now I'm making more jumpers and tops. Not a lot as I'm a slow knitter even though I've got plenty of time now that I've been retired for about 10 years. I find knitting very relaxing. The young lady in the photo with me is one of my grandchildren.
