I learnt the very basics of knitting when I was at school whilst living overseas. I can also do a bit of crochet. Having had a long career working as an Executive in London, I found myself with a lot more free time whilst looking after my now late mother, in which I picked-up her knitting needles and started to knit again. I had started with some beginner toys and hats but now I’m keen to learn more and work on bigger projects. Loving the calm it has brought to my life and I’m enjoying learning more about the different yarns out there. 🧶
