Hi! I’m Erin, owner of Lizzy Knits. I’m a stay at home mom of three little ones: Liam (5yo), Finley (4yo), and Owen (1.5 yo). We live in the north suburbs of Chicago with my Husband and our little Cairn Terrier, Daisy.
I have been an avid knitter for about 15 years and took a brief hiatus when my first son was born. I used to knit in college and I think I might have been the only one, haha! I’m so pleased to find such a wonderful community of knitters!
I absolutely love knitting and about 4 years ago I realized I also love designing patterns! I found that writing patterns was a great transition for me when I decided to become a stay at home mom. My days are super busy over here but I love that I can have a project to work on at my leisure and express myself creatively.
