Once upon a yarn…
I founded a small family business - Upon a Yarn Designs. My name is Esther and I’m a knitter and pattern designer living in the beautiful countryside of West Sussex.
I do love stranded knitting and my designs are thought to create fun and loving colourwork garments and accessories. My patterns are written using clear and easy to follow instructions, so everybody can enjoy them (even if you feel that you are only a beginner!).
All patterns have been test knitted and professionally tech edited.
