I’m a biologist by education, now editor of popular-science articles, a musician in my spare time, and I love being outdoor in the mountains or at the seaside. My family and I live in Switzerland.
To state the obvious, I also knit. I’ve known how to knit and purl since I was a girl, experimented with traditional Norwegian colourwork in my late teens, but didn’t pursue it any further. Years later, I turned back to my knitting needles to cast on for a baby jacket; the pattern was from a website, and I gradually discovered the wealth of crafting resources that had found their way on to the internet.
I’ve remained an enthusiastic knitter and started designing in 2016, mostly small accessories that allow me to play with different materials and techniques.
