Woven Wisps Socks
Wisps, or bundles of straw are gathered and tied together on
the cuff of these lace socks worked from the cuff down to the
toe. Then the strands weave their way down the leg and across
the top of the foot. Panels of ribbing between the pattern
columns give this sock a snug fit and size flexibility.
Heel construction is the traditional flap & gusset method. instructions are given both in charts and written Line-by-Line. You choose to work from the method that you prefer.
