I like DK and I enjoy knitting baby items.
I have been knitting mittens and gloves recently. I made these with 4ply sock yarn.
Also cabled scarves and beret hats in DK.
I love Countess Ablaze in Manchester. In there, I bought some Gentleman DK yarns in funky colours to try my first shawl.
I have knit several pairs of socks using 'knit your socks on straight' book from Amazon.
My next project will be toy knitting.
I also want to master crochet. I have just learnt how to do it from a great lady at my local knitting group.
