I have loved crocheting since I was a little girl. My aunt taught me and I ran with it ever since. I LOVE the texture of chenelle yarns. Otherwise I create mostly with 4-ply yarns & the cottons. I can follow a pattern or copy a finished item. I like to create items that are useful, for example phone sleeves, mop covers, pillows, slippers, bottle holders, kitchen mitts, pot handle grippers, pocketbooks, etc. I don't do clothes too much. Only very simple patterns or items, as in scarves, belts, hats, and easy tops. I'm always on the lookout for an interesting project.
