I work full time, looking after myself and the good community around me. I feel so blessed to be a wife; and proud mother; an aunty and nursary nanny.
The idea, knitting is for grannies is off putting. Although, it makes perfect sense how people would only find time to do crafts as a livelyhood e.g, perhaps putting up tutorials as reference for their faithful followers (is part of jugging a busy lifestyle).
Being a student crafts, offered some recreational time with young people. Intrigued by video blogging, among the cookery, and general domestic housekeeping tips; l learnt how to knit socks by watching realtime youtubers presenting their creative projects. Borrowing books from the library, also helped alot.
I find inspiration from the christmas jumpers that turn up in the January sales; dreaming about modelling on a catwalk runway, to becoming a knitwear fashion designer, is my next ambition.
