I have been crocheting for more than 50 years. About 30 years ago I decided to try my hand at knitting. I enjoyed it, but my joints prefer crochet. I had always worked with worsted weight yarn until recently. Now I prefer DK weight yarn for garments, which are my favorite things to crochet. I live with my two cats who, thankfully aren't yarn nibblers.
