My book ' YOU CAN'T RUN 'was published by Penguin it is an autobiography of my life from 18 to 38 yrs of age.
Art is my form of release, poetry an expression of my soul and pain.
I write to make a change in the world.
I am also a media commentator on domestic violence , suicide, depression and grief.
I have been knitting since the birth of my first born, Daniel, who sadly passed away in 2008.W
I have buried two sons and now have 4 beautiful children.
Knitting for me is a way of switching off the pain.
