I've been knitting for over 50 years (yes it has been that long!!!) and I'm a bit of a perfectionist. I started out selling finished outfits on Ebay and over time people imitated my designs and many people wanted to knit their own, so I started writing the patterns and selling those as well. I have been very successful. My aim is to design easy to make outfits that look as if you've spent ages making them when in reality they only take a couple of nights to knit.
I live in the Scottish Borders with my partner and my dog, Bryan, where I continue to design more exciting outfits for different sizes of dolls. With customer demand I have taken on board the Minikane/Miniland dolls and Baby Born dolls which are now far more popular than my original designs. My main customer base was always the USA but now I have many customers in Europe.
I'm happy to say I now have customers all over the world so why not join them?
