The pattern is available in English and German now.
I am fascinated by changes of directions in a piece of knitting that are caused by transitions
between long rows and short pieces of knitting. For the quadrats I didn’t choose a regular
decrease, either, but sort of braided the stitches in. For the yarns I chose a combination of plaincolored
yarns and sock yarn that makes a large pattern. One side of the scarf is decorated with
thick braids.

Auch bei den Quadraten habe ich nicht immer eine regelmäßige Abnahme in der Mitte gewählt, sondern mit einem Zopf die Maschen förmlich eingeflochten.
Bei den Wollen verwendete ich Uni-Garne in Kombination mit einem groß-rapportigen Sockengarn.
Den Abschluss bilden dicke geflochtene Zöpfe an einer Seite der Stola.
